The essentials of the journey
- Waters Eco AdventureThe day begins with a morning yoga class in the studio. The highlight of the day is the 4 Waters Eco Adventure, where you can explore the different ecosystems of Phuket. You start with a rainforest hike in a wildlife sanctuary where you can observe the local flora and fauna. Afterwards, you will embark on a kayak tour in the mangrove rivers and glide through the calm waterways. Drive to a national park, where you will go on a hike through the rainforest. You will continue with a visit to the Hot Springs Beach Resort, where you can bathe in the natural hot springs.
- Cooking classThis day begins with a morning yoga session on the beach. You will then embark on a Phuket Lookouts Tour, visiting iconic viewpoints on the island. First, you’ll stop at Kata/Karon Lookout, which offers sweeping views of the Andaman Sea. Next up is Windmill Lookout. The highlight is a visit to Cape Promthep, the southernmost point of Phuket. After the scenic viewpoints, you will hike to Black Rock Viewpoint from where you can see the natural beauty of the island from a different perspective. Lunch is served at a farm-to-table restaurant that offers fresh local ingredients. In the afternoon, participate in a Thai cooking class at Prana Eatery with a tour of an organic farm. You can learn how to prepare famous Thai dishes with our chef. The day ends with a sunset yoga class in the studio.
- The Phuket Rites of PassageThe day begins with a morning yoga session in the studio, followed by a nutritious breakfast. Afterwards, you will embark on The Phuket Rites of Passage adventure, which begins with a meditation session at a Buddhist monastery to connect with local spiritual traditions. Then you head into the lush rainforest where you can observe the local flora and fauna on an exciting trek. The adventure continues with an exciting zipline and canopy course, where you can soar through the treetops and view the jungle from a unique perspective. Lunch on a farm and the day ends with a sunset yoga session in the studio.

Boutique Hotel in Kata: Elegant rooms with a fantastic view

Koh Yao and Hong Islands
This day offers a well-rounded adventure and cultural immersion on the islands of Koh Yao and Hong. It starts with a morning yoga session at the studio. You will embark on an island discovery tour and take a longtail boat ride through the stunning Phang Nga Bay.
On Koh Yao Noi, you will explore the rural surroundings by bike and get to know the way of life of the locals. Visit Hong Island Lagoon, where you can snorkel and sunbathe. The day ends with another yoga session at sunset.
Big Buddha statue – Chalong Temple
The day begins with a morning yoga session in the studio. Today you will embark on a jungle trekking adventure to the Big Buddha statue, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the island and possibly see wild monkeys. Afterwards, visit the tranquil Chalong Temple to learn more about Buddhist culture. You’ll have lunch at a farm-to-table restaurant that serves fresh, local ingredients. The day ends with a sunset yoga session on the beach.
Chakra Day
The day begins with a morning yoga class in the studio. You will then do a one-hour chakra awareness meditation, where you will learn techniques to identify and align the energy centres of your body. The main activity of the day is a 2-hour interactive chakra workshop. Here you will delve deeper into the seven chakras, explore their significance and learn how to keep them in balance through various practices. The day ends with a sunset yoga session in the studio.
