1. Arrival – Titisee like in a picture bookOur journey began with our arrival in picturesque Titisee. After checking into the stylish Maritim Hotel, right on the lakeshore, we were able to take a deep breath and enjoy the marvellous view. In the evening, an enjoyable dinner with regional specialities awaited us in the hotel restaurant. Experiences at Titisee – pure Black Forest feeling! Electric boats on the beach. Glide silently across the glistening Titisee – perfect for relaxing or for a little adventure on the water. 6 km hiking trail around the Titisee. Once completely around it! The circular hiking trail offers marvellous views, fresh forest air and idyllic places to linger. Sipping cocktails with a Black Forest cherry feeling. Whether classic or creative – cocktails with a hint of Black Forest cherry are a real highlight on the lakeshore. Conclusion – Nature, enjoyment and relaxation – Titisee has everything you need for a perfect short break!
2. Hinterzarten & Todtnauberg – wellness meets nature experienceThe second day took us to charming Hinterzarten, to the family-run Hotel Thomahof. I was particularly impressed by the spacious sauna area – perfect for switching off – and the warm atmosphere. We continued on to the spectacular Blackforestline suspension bridge with panoramic views – a real highlight for nature and altitude lovers! A short detour to the waterfalls in Todtnauberg rounded off the nature experience.
3. Mornings at the Maritim – breakfast with a view of the lakeEvery new day begins with a hearty breakfast at the Maritim Hotel: fresh pastries, regional specialities and hot dishes – served with a direct view of the tranquil Titisee. A moment of pleasure to start the day! Last day we visited the family-run Hotel Bären, where we were given a very friendly welcome with a delicious coffee.
